We are an established RTO that provides nationally accredited and some non-accredited training to staff responsible for conducting compliance and investigative work in a range of regulatory agencies around Australia.

Our training programs are delivered in face to face, live virtual classroom and blended (a combination of both) formats.
Our students are all currently working in organisations and are looking to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Reporting to our RTO Manager, you will be part of great team providing training and assessment services as part of supporting our course participants.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- The TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Experience in delivering quality adult education
- Experience working in a regulatory or law enforcement role
- A strong work ethic and interest in building capability in this sector
Additionally, having the PSP40416 Certificate IV in Government Investigations and/or PSP50416 Diploma of Government Investigations would be beneficial, however, if not,
Other desirable attributes for this role:
- Strong administration skills
- Strong computer skills (training will be provided for specific programs)
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- An ability to show initiative and work independently
- A background working with corporate learners
- An ability to work as part of a remote team.
